Q: When/why did you first start drinking in the Tynecastle Arms?
A: First came in for a drink with my mates in about 1997, after we'd been to the football.
Why do you keep going in?:
A: I'm now trainee assistant manager
Q: What do you like best about working in the Tynecastle Arms?
A: It's easy to get to from all over town, I get on with most of the clientelle and I enjoy the occasional cheeky vimto (a bottle of Blue WKD in a pint glass, topped up with port)
Q: What don't you like about working in the Tynecastle Arms?
A: The double shifts - I'm doing 12 till 12 today and I'm knackered because it was the first game of the season; the lack of breaks and the fact there are no staff drinks allowed
Q: What is your favourite song/band?
A: Really like Oasis. My favourite track by them is 'Slide Away.' Also like UB40, Coldplay, The Stereophonics and loads of other stuff

A: The Shawshank Redemption, Heat, Goodfellas and all the James Bond films

The traffic, neds, Hibs supporters, yuppies, tourists, ignorant people, the unreliable public transport and all the pissed-up pensioners
