Sandra is a mum to three children. She loves reading, foreign films and all intellectual pursuits. She enjoys writing poetry and short stories. She is also notorious for her 'Blow-Your-Arse-Off Stew,' the recipe for which you can view by clicking title of dish.
Hazel is mum to 7 year old, Chelsea and has lived in Motherwell for 4 years. She loves writing and really enjoys being part of the Biro Babes. She also enjoys yoga and tai chi.
Kathleen is mum to Ashley, Natalie and, last but not least, Jonathon. She loves writing and fishing (though not at the same time.)
Audrey is mother of three grown up children. She enjoys doing art and craft work including glass painting. 2 years ago, she completed an Art & History of Art class at college and is now back doing a Communications and Computers course and will shortly be starting on the European Driving licence. WHen she gets a spare moment from all that, she also writes poetry.

Mareth isn't anyone's mum though she is a Community Education Worker in Motherwell, which pays better but only slightly. She likes reading, eating (chocolate mostly) and being right (which isn't something she enjoys very often.)
