Marion's Prawn Pilaff

1. Put on the rice - fry little in butter until golden and coated, then add water and cook in the rapid boil way

3. Meanwhile, de-skin and quarter two tomatoes
4. When the rice is ready, add the tomatoes and prawns (defrosted) to the pepper and onion mix and cook lightly
5. Drain the rice and mix together. Serve up with salad
6. Quick and easy, very tasty. Honest
