One Wonderful River called the Tweed

One Customised Camping Stove

A Freshly-Caught Brown Trout

Fresh Butter

Black Pepper

Sea Salt

1. First catch the trout. This can take a while

2. Gut it and chop its head off 3. Switch on calor gas stove at riverside and in a medium hot frying pan, add fresh butter, salt and black pepper

4. Add the trout and cook for 3 minutes on each side

5. That's it. Eat it. Add to the plate

6. Absolutely perfect. I've made this many times we've been fishing on the Tweed and are staying in a caravan. 7 in the morning - table - brolly - scorching sunshine - great stuff
